Precast Concrete
Precast concrete is a product that is produced by casting concrete in a mold which is then cured in the controlled environment of our plant, transported to site and erected. Precast concrete is highly customizable and ensures reliability, consistency and precision; features which distinguish our product from other building systems and more conventional methods.
Design
We can offer a number of design services to meet your specific needs.
Pre-stressed Concrete/Hollowcore Floors
Pre- Stressed concrete is tensioned before the application of the loading of the product. Structures which are expected to experience significant tensile loads will utilize this.
Hollowcore floors is a pre-stressed concrete product, typically used for structural and roofing applications.
Small Works
At Preconco Limited, we also produce precast landscaping and ornamental concrete products. Our very diverse small works product range includes some of the standard products including car stops, culverts, pavers and more.
