Now we know that even the word gorgeous and concrete do not typically go hand in hand but with the variety of curves, lines, angles, thicknesses, colors and textures available, how could precast concrete be considered as anything but.

Precast Concrete House Meets Round-A-Bout

Who builds a house in the middle of a round-a-bout?…We do! At the round-a-bout in Lears St. Michael, you will find a precast concrete house completely finished with doors, windows, roofing tiles and beautifully complimented by eye catching landscaping, paving stones and MESA retaining wall. Along with our sister companies, we designed and constructed the round-a-bout and road network as a contribution to the area. Apart from providing a visual treat for passers-by, the round-a-bout serves as a display of some of the products we have to offer.

Rise To The Occasion With Precast Concrete

The date was October 8^th 2011, the occasion…the official launch of the Valerie High-Rise Housing Project. The masses gathered and soon a thick crowd flooded the area. The general public secured every possible vantage point as dignitaries participated in the day’s proceedings. The local press was present to capture it all, for this was not an event to be missed. Precast concrete was the star attraction.

With the demand for affordable housing increasing, the sustainability and strength of precast concrete came to the fore and we were contracted to manufacture and install product for this project. This multi-storey, low-income housing solution consists of two precast concrete superstructures, each six stories high with six apartments per level.

We will be sure to bring you updates on this project which is scheduled for completion in December 2012.
